Job Description: Position Overview: * The Operations Director – Clinical Forms Completion is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of clinical forms of processing. This position ensures timely turnaround, accuracy, and compliance while driving initiatives that enhance patient experience and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: * Oversee end-to-end clinical forms of completion processes. * Ensure turnaround time (TAT) meets or exceeds 95% of requests within 48 hours. * Maintain an accuracy rate of 99% or higher across all completed forms. * Implement workflow automation and continuous improvement strategies. Patient/Client Experience: * Develop patient-centric processes to reduce delays and improve transparency. * Monitor patient feedback and implement corrective actions to achieve a satisfaction score of 90% or higher. * Serve as the operational liaison for healthcare providers. * Maintain client satisfaction scores above 95% through proactive communication and issue resolution. Quality & Compliance: * Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. * Conduct monthly audits and implement corrective measures. Team Development: * Train and mentor staff to achieve departmental KPIs. * Maintain employee engagement scores above 85%. Strategic Planning: * Collaborate with senior leadership to scale operations and improve service delivery. * Identify and implement at least two major process improvements annually. Performance Expectations: * TAT: 95% of forms completed within 48 hours. * Accuracy: Maintain 99% or higher accuracy rates. * Compliance: Zero HIPAA violations. * Client Satisfaction: ≥95% positive feedback. * Patient Satisfaction: ≥90% positive feedback. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field (preferred). * 5+ years in healthcare operations with experience in clinical documentation. * Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive operational excellence. * Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills * Internal applicants must have at least 4 years in a manager role to qualify.
