Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Program Operations and Delivery will lead a technical operations delivery team focused on agile enterprise delivery and innovative optimization. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing governance processes, successfully leading a technical operations team, and driving business delivery through exacting planning and execution. This Senior Manager will manage operations-enabled technical solutions, drive quality development through team leadership, and actively collaborate with leadership on the application of these solutions throughout the organization to enhance realized value. Responsibilities: Partner with IT Innovation teams on technical enablement tools supporting operational execution of day-to-day enhancements and operational flow changes Incorporate end-to-end systems approach to effectively direct and influence improvements throughout the enterprise Position and empower technical operations through innovative exploration and application to enterprise needs Actively engage and drive cross-functional collaboration in planning and prioritization forums, supporting focus on appropriate value and goal for the team Analyze data and trends to predict and mitigate potential risks on requested models. Manage the execution of business deliverables according to established timelines and quality standards through a well-curated backlog Lead and mentor technical operations team members, driving enterprise understanding, internal growth, and active engagement Establish and manage robust governance processes to ensure compliance and quality within development and implementation of technical operations deployments Ensure consistency and clarity in technical operations, taxonomy, and metrics through collaboration with established Data Governance protocols and enterprise communication for new operational models Track, monitor, and validate forecasted impacts within proposed operational workflow changes, partnering with impacted team leadership in the analysis Measure user satisfaction and quality of delivery, focusing on continual improvement efforts Establish and oversee maintenance of testing protocols to validate operational workflows and mitigation of compliance and quality risks Implement measures to ensure technical operations resilience and continuity Establish Release Procedures and transparent reporting/communication for technical operations deployments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred 4 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing complex operational workflows Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and achieving results Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization Apply innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement Encourage and champion innovative ideas to enhance outcomes and deliverables Travel: Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business #LI-Remote
