Lead clinical services projects, manage client implementations, monitor KPIs, maintain policies, coordinate communications and meetings, and support quality and compliance efforts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5 years in clinical/provider/quality activities, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to travel as needed.
Position Summary: The Clinical Services Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading projects and driving initiatives within our Clinical Services team. This hands-on position involves collaborating with leadership to ensure seamless process development, procedural implementation, and driving engagement that contributes to the success of Healthmap Solutions. Responsibilities: Oversee projects and sub-projects new client implementations, including data integrity, building client relationships, and analyzing client data and maintain consistency of program outputs Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement in Pay for Performance, HCC recapture, and member/provider campaigns Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and operational planning Ensure all Policies and Procedures (P&P’s) and Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) are current, approved by the Compliance Committee, and accessible to associates Support data collection for Joint Operating Committee meetings and Member and Provider Satisfaction Surveys Own communication strategy for clinical services and all sub departments, including preparing agendas and presentations for department town halls, newsletters, and SharePoint content Coordinate and organize meetings, training sessions, and events related to our operations Partner with the quality department to gather necessary documentation to adhere to NCQA standards Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly and effectively Perform other operational functions necessary for the efficient and successful growth of Healthmap Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business (administration) or a related field; master’s preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be accepted in lieu of degree 5 years’ experience strategizing and implementing the design of clinical, provider and/or quality activities Proven history of generating superior results Proof of valid and unrestricted driver’s license required Be available to work outside normal business hours based on business needs Travel as needed to support business requirements Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong critical thinking skills Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Travel: Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business #LI-Remote
