Why You’ll Love Working Here • Make a real difference in patients’ lives every day • Be part of a caring, patient-centered team • Support access to medications for underserved populations • Work in a collaborative, respectful, mission-driven environment What You’ll Do As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll assist Pharmacists in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate pharmaceutical care by: • Greeting patients with warmth and respect at drop-off and pick-up • Accurately preparing, filling, and labeling prescriptions (new, refill, and e-scribed) • Supporting programs such as 340B and Homeless Assistance to ensure affordability • Entering prescription and insurance data with attention to detail • Communicating with providers, insurers, and internal care teams • Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and monitoring expiration dates • Answering phones promptly and courteously • Helping maintain a clean, organized, patient-ready pharmacy Our Mission At HealthFIRST Bluegrass, we believe everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare. What We Are Looking For EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Requires high school diploma and experience as a Pharmacy Technician. • Pharmacy Technician Certification (Required) • Must become registered with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy upon hire. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Pharmacy Technician registration by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
