Overview Position Overview: We're seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical complex and strategic integration initiatives. In this role, you'll orchestrate large-scale projects that connect existing disparate systems and introduce transformative new technologies across45 our organization. You'll serve as the critical bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership—translating complex technical challenges into actionable roadmaps while ensuring seamless integration of essential systems and processes. This is a high-impact position where your ability to navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and deliver on aggressive timelines will directly shape our organization's technical foundation and operational success. About Center of Excellence: Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals. Your Impact: Drive organizational transformation by delivering integration projects that enable critical business capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic growth initiatives Accelerate time-to-value for new technologies by establishing clear integration pathways, coordinating across technical teams, and minimizing disruption to existing operations Build bridges across the organization by fostering collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and business teams—creating alignment where complexity often creates silos Establish program management excellence through frameworks, processes, and best practices that become templates for future large-scale initiatives Mitigate risk by anticipating integration challenges, identifying dependencies early, and implementing robust contingency plans that keep critical projects on track Enable seamless execution by translating technical complexities into actionable plans, ensuring stakeholders understand implications, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned throughout delivery Create visibility and accountability through effective communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management that keeps leadership informed and teams empowered to make progress Mentor and elevate across the organization, raising the bar for how complex initiatives are planned and executed Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic engineering and business goals. Support and accelerate the development of platform teams and capabilities to enable scalable, efficient engineering and drive innovation. Develop and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools to optimize collaboration, governance, and operational efficiency. Partner with engineering, architecture, security, product, design, GTM, and platform teams to drive prioritization, decision-making, and rapid execution. Define and manage program roadmaps, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership, leveraging analytics for informed decision-making. Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, ensuring smooth execution across teams and functions. Manage executive-level communications and expectations, ensuring transparency on program goals, progress, and challenges. Continuously improve engineering program management practices, helping the organization scale efficiently. What You Bring: Proven track record leading large-scale, complex integration programs from inception through delivery, with multiple successful projects that involved coordinating across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams Technical fluency that enables you to understand key elements and concepts of complicated enterprise requirements and use cases Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership, technical teams, and business partners who may have competing priorities Mastery of program management fundamentals, including risk management, dependency tracking, resource planning, and change management across multi-team initiatives Outstanding communication abilities that allow you to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and articulate business impact to engineering teams A bias for action and results, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and maintain momentum even when facing obstacles Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations, understanding how to work effectively with external partners while protecting organizational interests Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying blockers early, developing creative solutions, and keeping programs on track Comfort with scale and complexity, thriving in environments where you're managing multiple workstreams, dozens of stakeholders, and initiatives that span months or years A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, empowers teams, and creates an environment where people do their best work Experience with large back-office migrations/integrations such as HRIS, ERP, and CRM is a big plus.
