Overview Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project implementations of HealthEdge products for our enterprise healthcare clients. This customer-facing role requires exceptional project management expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and deep understanding of healthcare technology implementations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project, ensuring successful delivery of HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, and other HealthEdge solutions. About Global Professional Services: Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives. Your Impact: Program Leadership & Strategy Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale customer implementations involving multiple HealthEdge products Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones Coordinate cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success Manage program scope, budget, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies Customer Relationship Management Serve as primary customer liaison for the Program Facilitate regular customer steering committee meetings and executive briefings Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across all organizational levels Drive customer achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives through successful implementation and optimization Proactively address customer concerns and escalations to ensure satisfaction Partner with sales teams during pre-sales activities and contract negotiations Project Oversight & Delivery Oversee multiple projects Ensure adherence to HealthEdge implementation methodologies and best practices Monitor program health, identify at-risk deliverables, and implement corrective actions Coordinate go-live activities and post-implementation support transitions Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and contract modifications Operational Excellence Utilize project management tools (OpenAir, Salesforce) to track progress and resource utilization Prepare and deliver executive dashboards and program status reports Conduct regular program health checks Support capacity planning and resource forecasting initiatives Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer experience What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in a related field 5 or more years of experience leading complex, billable, software delivery-based projects to external clients Good understanding of software development processes including agile methodologies such as SCRUM/Kanban Knowledge of JIRA (or similar tools) is considered an asset Experience with SmartSheet is considered an asset Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred PMP Certification preferred Superior problem-solving abilities coupled with strong decision-making capabilities Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills Proactive attitude combined with an eagerness to learn new technologies Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare MBA or relevant advanced degree Experience with HealthEdge products HealthRules Payer and GuidingCare Background in management consulting or professional services Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification HealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
