Open Position: Sr. Content Marketing Manager Reports to: Sr. VP of Marketing Location: Remote About Us HST Pathways is on a mission to transform healthcare with innovative software technology that enables surgery centers to provide more cost-efficient patient care and better outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will: Build and lead our content marketing, blend creativity with insights to grow engagement with our audience, and further our content and brand. This can be through using existing programs and by creating new ones. Lead and host our podcast episodes, strategy, and distribution Lead the creation and promotion of our data benchmarks and insights reports, in collaboration with the Data Science team. Lead social media publishing and engagement Oversee the Marketing design process and brand cohesion, including overseeing the design agency we use Run other content programs such as website bundles of our top resources by topic, customer webinars, branded emails for campaigns and newsletters, and client awards Prep HST speakers at conferences and help prepare their presentations. Ideal if you can become enough of an ASC expert over time that you’re invited to speak at conferences. Desired experience you’ll bring: Proven experience building a content engine that grew audience engagement, brand, and pipeline Understanding of Chris Walker’s, Dave Gerhardt’s, and April Dunford’s marketing philosophies Worked closely with executives and industry leaders to turn insights into compelling content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Hosted a podcast or video series Preferred: AI fluency to accelerate content creation and insights When applying, please include 3 great examples of videos or writing of yours (e.g. podcast, blog, web page, email newsletter, etc.).
