LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician to fill an opening. Shift: M-F 8am-5pm CST - OT possible but not required Location: Remote (Oklahoma residents only) Pay Details: $30-$33/ Hour Daily Responsibilities for LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician: • Review Quality of Care Concerns. This particular role will focus on behavioral health reviews. • Review Quality of Care concerns related to behavioral health issues. Provide leveling and recommendations based on chart review and provide education to providers through various ways – letters, phone calls, and possible face to face meetings or virtual meetings. • Meet state contractual requirements for review and follow the policy and leveling document. • This position will be reviewing medical records to see if any quality of care concerns needs to be addressed with the provider. Required Qualifications for LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician: • Active LPC or LCSW in Oklahoma • Masters Degree • 2+ years of behavioral health experience • 1+ years experience reviewing behavioral health medical records and addressing any quality of care concerns with providers • Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Suite • Must have strong computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • WFH capability – smart phone, private work space, high speed internet Preferred Qualifications forLPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician: • Attention to Detail • Ability to work independently • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • People skills • Ability to educate and train providers on proper chart documentation Benefits for LPC / LCSW Quality of Care Clinician: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Access to Investment Accounts • Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (advocacy) Program Interested in Being Considered?
