Position: Sr. Partnerships Manager Status: W2, Full Time Location: Remote (HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Columbus, OH) Dress code: Business Casual, Casual Fridays ABOUT US Fuego Leads is looking for a highly connected and motivated Sr. Partnerships Manager to join our talented team.  We are a leader in call center technology, lead generation, and telecommunication. Our focus is currently in the Health Insurance and Medicare markets where we have grown substantially and continue to expand. Our core philosophy is to build and provide the best customer experience to the end user through seamless telecommunication and digital user experience, while providing a best in class solution for call centers to manage their operations and customer workflows start to finish from telecommunication to product quoting and operational performance reporting. In a more simple explanation, this means we are able to partner with organizations to generate their sales opportunity and revenue by handling their website, marketing, operational technology, and operational reporting allowing them to easily make intelligent business decisions improving their bottom line and growth. As our Sr. Partnerships Manager you will report to the CEO, to own business development by growing our U65 health and Medicare Insurance call and data lead partners and manage the accounts of new and existing partners.   A successful candidate would be able to demonstrate themselves as a builder and a connector in the health/medicare insurance industry. THE OPPORTUNITY * You will own Business Development by prospecting for Enterprise-level U65 & Medicare call and data lead partners leveraging rolodex, industry contacts and LinkedIn. * You will onboard new partners and buyers and work closely with them to optimize their campaigns and position them to scale (A successful candidate will be able to onboard 3 new Enterprise-Level partners and  3 new Medicare call buyers within the first 6-8 months). * You will maintain and grow the existing account relationships by continuously nurturing the partnership. * You will lead the growth of our Affiliate Data Lead Buyer Coverage and Fuego Network Call Program Buyer Coverage. * You will oversee Campaign Management and Optimization to support new and existing partners to meet sales, revenue and efficiency goals. * You will manage, analyze and optimize platforms and admin functions. * You will utilize data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and areas for optimization for third party campaigns. * You will serve as liaison between Fuego and CMS in terms of submitting Medicare Marketing materials for approval * You will comply with all compliance regulations and guidelines, following ethical practices. What you bring to the table * You have demonstrated Account Management and Business Development experience - preferably in the U65 health/Medicare Insurance verticals * You have a strong understanding of the U65/Medicare verticals - i.e., products, channels, KPIs, etc. * You have experience with Tech (lead/call) integrations and systems. * You take initiative to identify opportunities, priorities, solve problems, and contribute beyond assigned tasks. * You have an analytical background, proficient working with excel, and are able to break down statistics and metrics in a digestible report to leadership weekly. * You are highly self motivated, proactive and are the subject matter expert in your domain. * You are flexible and able to work in a fast paced, data driven environment * You have the flexibility to perform a variety of roles from account management and business development to building out lead post integrations and shepherding Medicare marketing materials through the review process. * You have strong interpersonal skills - Constant communication with partners and leadership is key. * You are a team player and highly collaborative across various teams. * You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are a continuous learner * You always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure. * You are an expert in Google Analytics, Google Suite, Excel (Pivot tables, formulas), Ringba, and Boberdoo. * You are comfortable in a regulated environment with privacy, compliance and legal guidelines.
