---------------------------------------- ABOUT US Join Health Choice Network (HCN), a mission-driven organization supporting Community Health Centers nationwide through clinical innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence. ---------------------------------------- POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Clinical Engagement and Quality Initiatives leads network-wide initiatives to improve clinician and staff experience with the EHR and digital workflows across participating CHCs. This role serves as HCN’s program lead for the KLAS ARCH Collaborative, translating survey insights into measurable improvement plans at both the health center and network levels. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Clinical Quality, EHR/Epic teams, Training, Analytics/BI, and Operations to improve EHR satisfaction, usability, optimization, and clinician efficiency. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead annual KLAS ARCH survey cycles and engagement strategy. * Analyze results and develop actionable network and CHC-level improvement plans. * Facilitate CHC workplan meetings, implementation sessions, and optimization efforts. * Support EHR workflow standardization, training initiatives, and governance improvements. * Align initiatives with HRSA HCCN objectives and grant programs (QTECH, ENGAGE). * Track progress, develop dashboards, and provide quarterly leadership reporting. ---------------------------------------- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, informatics, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3–5+ years of healthcare project/program management experience. * Experience in EHR operations, quality improvement, or clinical transformation. * Strong facilitation and cross-functional leadership skills.
