Position Expectations * Proficient in conducting and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Skillful at breaking down complex problems into specific, workable components and identifying core issues to drive effective business intelligence solutions. * Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership and project managers, to understand business process requirements, analyze data for operational efficiencies, and implement creative BI solutions. * Expertise in database development and querying (T-SQL), utilizing advanced tools and technologies like C#, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, and JavaScript to design and develop robust BI solutions. * Additional duties and responsibilities assigned. Skills and Abilities for Success * Knowledge of Database Models, DB Analysis, Design and Development, Data warehouse and Relational * Databases, OLTP, OLAP, DB Management Systems, DB Performance Tuning * Knowledge of Software Engineering, architecture, and software development methodologies. * Knowledge of hospital clinical and operational procedures.
