What We Are Looking For    Join us as the BI Engineer I and take on the challenge of delivering scalable data infrastructure, creating self-serve analytics tools, and harnessing data visualizations to reveal valuable insights. Your pivotal role will involve collaborating closely with business launch leaders, IT software and data engineers, business analysts, and product teams. Anticipate the organization's data infrastructure and tooling needs and proactively build innovative solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. Position Expectations   * Proficient in conducting and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Skillful at breaking down complex problems into specific, workable components and identifying core issues to drive effective business intelligence solutions. * Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership and project managers, to understand business process requirements, analyze data for operational efficiencies, and implement creative BI solutions. * Expertise in database development and querying (T-SQL), utilizing advanced tools and technologies like C#, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, and JavaScript to design and develop robust BI solutions. * Additional duties and responsibilities assigned. Skills and Abilities for Success  * Knowledge of Database Models, DB Analysis, Design and Development, Data warehouse and Relational * Databases, OLTP, OLAP, DB Management Systems, DB Performance Tuning * Knowledge of Software Engineering, architecture, and software development methodologies. * Knowledge of hospital clinical and operational procedures. Education, Experience and Certifications * Knowledge of MS SQL Server Business Intelligence Suite-Analysis Services, Reporting Services and Integration * Services, MS SQL Server 2008R2/2012/2014 Business Intelligence offering products.
