The Project Manager will work directly with clients and/or vendor partners and be responsible for ensuring projects are implemented within contractual obligations and established timelines. The Project Manager must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be a highly organized self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. What you'll own in this role: Managing projects in scope, on time and within budget. Managing risks, dependencies, and constraints. Providing regular status reports to all stakeholders (customer and internal) to accurately communicate project progress, including risks, issues, and required adjustments to the plan. Participating in project governance process, ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment. Delivering customer and business value. Developing and communicating expectations and success measures with the team and partners. Contributing to internal process and standards improvement initiatives. What you bring to the role: Expertise in project management with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to gain trust and influence across stakeholders including engineering teams, business teams, and client support teams. Proven success working in a complex environment requiring critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Track record of successfully driving cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to critically and independently think through business problems; identify goals, dependencies, and gaps; and efficiently facilitate the execution of tasks through to completion. Strong customer service and relationship building skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously. You may also bring this: Strong Microsoft suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio). Experience using project management software solutions (e.g. Azure DevOps (ADO) and / or Smartsheet) Preferred Experience & Education: Experience working in a healthcare environment, clinically or administratively. 1+ years of project management experience. Project Management certification. Information Security and Compliance Responsibilities: • Maintain compliance with training directives required by the organization pertaining to Information Security, Acceptable Use Policy and HIPAA Privacy and Security. • Adhere to and comply with the organizations Acceptable Use Policy. • Safeguard information system assets by identifying and reporting potential and actual security events to the organizations Security and Compliance Officers.
