Job Summary The HR Strategic Business Partner Director serves as a strategic people leader aligned to key HCSC business group(s), driving HR strategy in direct alignment with enterprise priorities. This role partners with senior leaders to design and implement talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness solutions that enable business performance acting as the primary connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence across workforce planning, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategy. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree required HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 10+ years of progressive HR experience with growth in scope and complexity including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP directly supporting VP-level or above leaders in a large, matrixed organization 4 years of management or leadership experience Demonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and enterprise change management Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs. Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases. Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI. Preferred Requirements: Master's degree or MBA preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred Workday or enterprise HRIS experience strongly preferred Familiarity with HR analytics and engagement platforms (Glint, Qualtrics); labor/union experience a plus Healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industry experience preferred Are you being referred to one of our roles? The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances. Base Pay Range $133,400.00 - $247,700.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
