As a vital part of our office staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and assisting in the smooth operation of our facilities. We are looking for qualified individuals (18 yrs +) who are available afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday day shifts. These positions are permanent, year-round roles in our growing company. Only applicants meeting the necessary qualifications and availability will be considered. Job Type: Part-time/ Full-time Schedule: Evening shift Qualifications: • Positive & enthusiastic personality. • Access to reliable transportation and the ability to commute to one or more of our 4 locations. • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other similar programs. • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. • Previous customer service experience is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. • Prior experience with iClassPro is an advantage. • Part-time roles require availability from 4 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings. • Full-time roles require varied availability 9AM to 9PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, guardians, and visitors. • Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. • Assist in the registration process for classes and programs. • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain organized records of customer information and class schedules. • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
