Full Description

Description: • Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and expanding opportunities • Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers across all levels • Manages sales volume with existing customers while acquiring new customers • Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area • Shares market insights and competitor information within the organization • Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs • Attends monthly business meetings, local trade shows, and represents organization regionally/nationally • Requires travel less than 10% (typically overnight travel) • Work environment with moderate physical discomfort and occasional lifting of 8-20 pounds Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience • Operation of a Personal Vehicle and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Experience in developing and maintaining sales relationships with key decision makers • Ability to prospect new accounts, retain and expand existing accounts • Data analysis skills to resolve missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies • Typically 2-5 years of related experience (or 2-4 with MS/MA) • Certification required in some areas (as applicable) Benefits: • Medical (with Prescription drug coverage) • dental, and vision plans • Health care and Dependent Care FSA (as applicable) • 401(K) with company match • Paid Holiday, Vacation, Personal Time, and Wellness Day • Paid Sick Time • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance • Short and Long-term Disability Insurance • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Whole Life insurance • Commuter Benefits • Tuition Reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program • Adoption and Surrogacy Assistance
