Full Description

The Clinical Project Coordinator is responsible for providing expert clinical support, education, and training required to implement the HD Nursing suite of products. This role requires cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, with experience in clinical education or project management within the healthcare or related industry. Standard Duties: • Assist the Implementation Coach in onboarding new clients with new products. • Coordinate tasks, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. • Communicate project updates and reports to stakeholders regularly. • Customize education plans and materials to align with client goals, regulatory standards, and current clinical practices. • Develop client education modules to support Implementation education for new clients. • Develop and deliver high-quality clinical educational materials that support client education needs. • Assess and address knowledge gaps, clinical challenges, and educational needs of clients and HD Nursing staff. • Provide administrative support for all projects assigned within all HD Nursing departments. • Collaborate on the development of educational content, case studies, continuing education modules, and client resources. • Fulfill other duties as assigned.
