The immersive, design-forward rooftop concept blends desert-inspired interiors, moody lighting, and bespoke furnishings by Vanderpump Alain, all with sweeping views of Camelback Mountain. ROLE OVERVIEW As the General Manager, you’ll build something extraordinary. You will lead with purpose, create high-performance teams, and ensure every guest leaves with a story worth telling. Hire, train, and lead a passionate, detail-obsessed front-of-house team for opening and beyond Create an elevated guest experience with a sense of theatricality and ease - from bold service moments to seamless execution Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to keep operations flowing and the brand experience strong Set high standards for excellence, consistency, and hospitality - and hold the team accountable to them Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships with confidence Make service personal - be visible, engaged, and proactive with guests and your team Lead with a calm, confident presence in a fast-paced, high-energy rooftop environment Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel WHAT YOU BRING Progressive hospitality leadership experience, with upscale dining or nightlife experience Strong track record in environments known for immersive design, theatrical drink programs, or high-level hospitality execution. Creative collaborator, comfortable working with design-forward concepts and craft beverage programs. Financial savvy and operational leadership: budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue targets.
