HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Systems Validation Engineer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. Job Title: Systems Validation Engineer Job ID: 1630037BR Position Type: Full Time Location: Redmond, WA Responsibilities: • Set up and maintain lab infrastructure including benches, thermal setups, and SOC placements. • Perform board bring-ups, rework, and open fixture assembly. • Support system configuration tasks such as OS updates, firmware upgrades, and component-level maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., PNP team) to understand setup/configuration flows and ensure timely availability of boards and systems for testing. • Develop and execute automation scripts using Python for data parsing and visualization. • Collect out-of-band system data (non-BMC) and perform first-level analysis. • Assist in telemetry integration and debug tool setup. • Maintain documentation and SOPs for lab operations and validation processes. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience as a Lab Technician with hands-on board rework and bring-up. • Proficiency in Python scripting for data analysis and visualization. • Experience with server platforms, embedded systems. • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders. • Experience with ARM64 and x86 platforms.
