Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Job ID: 2760287 Position Type: Full-time Location: Rosemont, Illinois (Hybrid - on site 3 days a week required) Must Have Experience: • Service Delivery Manager from Retail environment or CPG (Consumer Product Goods) environment • Experience with Application Service Management, Development services, QA • Experience working in a consulting environment • Experience delivering on 15 million or above Budget • Experience leading a team of 150 Full time employees • Familiar or Exposure to GEN AI • Mandatory: Account Leadership, Service Delivery Management, Operational Excellence & Innovation, Technical Oversight, Gen AI Strategy, Client Relationship Management Job Description: Account Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale account (>$15M, ~150 FTEs) across onsite, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Retail & CPG Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Retail and CPG sector Service Delivery Management: Oversee overall delivery involving Development, Support, QA operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and issue resolution. Operational Excellence & Innovation: Drive productivity improvements using industry-standard tools, methodologies, automation, and Gen AI technologies. Technical Oversight: Provide leadership across diverse technology stacks including Java, AWS, Data Analytics-Snowflake, Blue Yonder, Selenium, Cypress, Mainframe – Tandem etc. Gen AI Strategy: Champion the adoption and integration of Gen AI solutions to enhance service delivery and business outcomes. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with internal sales and delivery teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning. Strategic Analysis & Insights: Conduct advanced analysis of business processes, market trends, and data to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
