Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Job ID: 1616434BR Position Type: Full-time Location: Nashville, TN Role/Responsibilities • Requirement is for an accomplished leader who has extensive experience in managing large scale (15M, 150FTES) accounts distributed across onsite, nearshore and offshore locations • Should have excellent Retail Domain experience particularly in Merchandizing and Supply Chain Areas • Should have proven experience in managing L1 and L2 support for large scale engagements • Should have excellent track record in bringing productivity gains in large scale engagements using best of industry standard tools and methodologies including automation and Gen AI • Should be technically competent to manage accounts with wide array of technology stacks including Oracle PL/SQL, Java and .Net full stack, Data Analytics and ERPs such as GOLD • Should be able to take forward Gen AI approach and utilization in the account • Should be able to build and maintain strong client relationships and interface with internal sales & delivery leaders to identify additional business opportunities • Should be able to lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging trends • Should be able to perform advanced analyses of business processes, market trends, and data, extracting actionable insights. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
