Role: Modern Delivery & Agile Execution Lead Role Overview: HCLTech is seeking a Modern Delivery & Agile Execution Lead to drive the adoption, execution, and operationalization of modern delivery practices, agile ways of working, communication governance, and change management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agile & Modern Delivery Execution • Implement and operationalize agile frameworks, sprint structures, backlog management, and stand-up practices across multiple delivery towers. • Coach teams on modern delivery, lean execution, continuous improvement, and value-stream thinking. • Partner with tower leads to build repeatable delivery playbooks and enforce consistency in execution. • Maintain visibility into delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments; ensure timely removal and escalation. 4. Delivery Governance & Operating Rhythm • Support the creation and execution of program governance routines (scrums, retrospectives, program syncs, operational reviews). • Ensure all teams follow standardized templates, workflows, and reporting mechanisms. • Maintain strong discipline around action tracking, closure, KPIs, and dashboard hygiene. • Act as the glue between strategy and execution — ensuring delivery commitments translate into outcomes. 5. Execution Excellence • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality, cycle time, communication, and customer satisfaction. • Serve as the execution owner for cross-tower initiatives assigned by account leadership. • Work hands-on to design deliverables, coordinate multi-team efforts, and ensure timely completion. • Simplify complex problems into actionable steps and partner with teams to execute them. Required Skills & Experience • 5–10 years of experience in agile delivery, PMO, transformation execution, or modern delivery roles. • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled delivery models. • Experience managing customer communications, executive updates, and change management programs. • Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • High ownership mindset, strong urgency, and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments. • Background in healthcare IT or large managed services accounts is a plus. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
