What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to service requests and provide on-site technical support to end users. - You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. - You will install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems at client locations. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. - You will provide training and guidance to end users on equipment usage and best practices. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all service activities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service or Support Technician. - Strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and service management software. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to client sites. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with enterprise IT environments and complex system configurations. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field service operations. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse client bases.
