What You'll Do: - You will provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues at client sites. - You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment and systems. - You will respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. - You will communicate effectively with end users to understand and address their technical needs. - You will document service activities, including problem resolution and parts used. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - You will maintain inventory of service tools and spare parts. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service or Support Technician. - Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to client sites. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems. - Knowledge of enterprise IT environments and infrastructure. - Additional language skills to support diverse client base.
