What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service or Support Technician. - Strong technical expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with service documentation and reporting tools. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration. - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
