Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience managing system and software development life cycles with project management tools.
Sr. It Project Manager Perform Technology Center implementations and operations. Responsible for technology program planning, scheduling development, and delivery. Understanding of System and Software development life cycle and program management processes. Create structures and processes necessary to deliver new system and software changes to market; Develop detailed project plans for medium and large sized projects, based upon roadmap priorities and business requirements. Documenting project plans using various PM tools (MS Project, SmartShcet, etc.) Creating project status reports using the information from the project plan, databases, and other related sources. Identifying, documenting, and communicating any changes to original project scope of any managed project. Identifying and resolving project issues and risks throughout the life of the project, developing action and contingency plans, as appropriate. Continuously evaluate emerging trends related to IT solutions to incorporate improved features and functionality as technology allows. Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
