If you're passionate about using technology to improve human life, this is where your work truly mattersWhat you will accomplish in this role Job Summary: The Clinical Informatics Operations Analyst II supports enterprise-wide optimization and governance of HCA Healthcare’s Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems, with a primary focus on the Expanse platform. This position leads core service line workgroups to gather feedback and drive decisions that inform Expanse content development, workflow optimization, and project prioritization to support the success of the company's transition to MEDITECH Expanse. The analyst II also drives collaboration and enterprise communications to ensure alignment between technical efforts and clinical/business needs, further optimizing the Expanse platform to achieve clinical and business outcomes. Major Responsibilities: · •Independently review and analyze incoming EHR change requests, ensuring clear definition of problem and problem scope, and include all necessary supporting evidence for proper evaluation. •Lead stakeholder reviews and meetings to drive change control and governance decisions for EHR modifications. •Drive collaboration between the EHR Optimization team and product teams to integrate approved and prioritized change requests into product build and release cycles. •Facilitate collaboration meetings with product teams to support product development of approved change requests. •Design and optimize communication collateral, including presentations and documentation, to inform clinical representatives and leadership about new EHR changes. •Coordinate enterprise communication forums to support broad awareness of the clinical impact of new EHR content and workflow changes across the organization. •Interpret and synthesize data insights from reports and timelines to track key performance indicators (KPIs). •Coordinates resolution plans for identified risks and drives accountability across stakeholder groups. •Drives communication strategies that proactively inform leadership of critical changes and dependencies. •Influence cross-functional team alignment, including product, IT, and clinical operations, to ensure a smooth change management process. •Leads implementation of approved process improvements, ensuring measurable impact on efficiency and effectiveness. •Audits and reconciles change request records, validating data integrity within the change control system. •Performs other duties as assigned •Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” · What qualifications you will need: • • Bachelor's degree Required • • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, technology, or customer service required At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to fostering a culture of growth that allows you to build the career of a lifetime.
