Position Summary HB is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships. As a Senior Client Service Associate, you’ll take the lead on client administration and provide comprehensive support to your assigned advisory team and other advisory teams on an as-needed basis. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment. Job Responsibilities • Handle client requests and inquiries, including money transfers, checks, wires, and ACHs. • Open, maintain, and close brokerage accounts; gather and verify required documentation. • Serve as a primary contact for clients and advisory team members; anticipate needs, resolve issues, and coordinate with custodians as needed. • Prepare for and follow up on client meetings. • Maintain accurate client, account, and transaction records in the CRM and document systems, including offboarding tasks. • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and protect client information. • Support new hire training, mentor team members, and assist colleagues across departments. • Recommend process improvements and support special projects as needed. Requirements • Ability to take direction from multiple sources with demonstrated follow through. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • High level of confidentiality. • Ability to manage administrative projects. • Commitment to meeting established deadlines and managing time effectively. • Client first attitude, professional demeanor, personal integrity, and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through. • High initiative and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively in a team and build trust and confidence of colleagues. • Willingness to "pitch in" when necessary. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Minimum of 18 months of experience in a client service associate role. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as CRM and Portfolio Reporting software. • Expertise to be primary Client Service Associate on 22-220 client relationships (segment dependent). • Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required.
