International Headhunters supporting world leader in design, manufacture and marketing of cabling systems and solutions, we’re looking for a Sales Leader – Account Manager with experience in cabling & wire who can support US expansion through Midwest or Southeast areas. Main Responsibilities: • 1. Sales • Achieve sales targets. • Research the company's portfolio of products and solutions. • 2. Strategic Accounts • Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts: distributors. agents and end users. • Grow strategic accounts by establishing a superior level of sales and service. • Create and negotiate value propositions (one-off offers, long-term agreements, services & solutions). • Evaluate specific customer requests with the relevant internal teams. • 3. Customer Relationships • Maintain excellent customer relationships and understand their needs. • 4. Forecasting and Budgeting Accuracy • Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities. • Evaluate market conditions under different scenarios. • Develop accurate forecasts and budgets. • Contribute to Sales and Operations (SOP) processes to achieve the expected level of sales & service. • 5. Commercial and Legal Terms • Establish commercial and legal terms for assigned accounts. Negotiate commercial and legal terms with clients, in accordance with the established strategy to meet budgetary objectives. • Comply with and implement the group's rules and policies related to the code of ethics. Requirements: • Experience: Preferrably 4+ years in sales positions for technical or industrial electrical products. Hunter experience in selling electrical materials, knowledge of the channel and competitors. • Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Industrial Engineering. • Specialist in sales, marketing, and/or customer service. • ·Experience with online purchases on specialized websites • Proficiency in SAP ERP • Proficiency in computer applications (intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) • Skills: Results-oriented and goal-driven. Problem-solving, disciplined. Teamwork interaction, and effective communication.
