Description: • Manage a team of District Technical Service Managers (DTMs) and provide direct local leadership. • Drive sales growth through exceptional aftermarket support and foster a customer-centric culture. • Collaborate with Zone Sales Managers to develop and implement localized market strategies. • Build and manage a service network that provides geographic and product coverage; ensure customer training for installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repairs. • Identify and recommend process/policy refinements and provide real-time product feedback to Product Quality/Engineering. • Manage technical service escalations and document 'tribal knowledge' in resources like Owner’s Manuals. • Supervise DTMs including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints. • Frequent travel required (up to 60%); role is remote with base in the Virginia or Maryland area. Requirements: • Required high-school diploma. • Preferred 4-year degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business-related field. • 10+ years experience in the pool industry, preferably in a field-management role, working directly with product and supporting internal and external customers. • Experience managing and supervising field teams (interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, discipline). • Ability to travel frequently (up to 60%). • Strong leadership, customer-focused, and collaboration skills with Sales teams. • Ability to identify process improvements and provide product feedback to Product Quality/Engineering teams. • Ability to manage technical service escalations and maintain a well-trained service network.
