The Role • Design and implement performance test plans and scripts for various applications. • Execute performance tests and conduct in-depth analysis of results. • Collaborate with project teams to understand performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. • Contribute to the overall application development platform within the IT department. • Ensure applications meet enterprise performance standards through thorough testing. What You'll Need • Minimum of 7 years of related experience in designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications. • Strong background in performance testing, test automation, and engineering support. • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, Ruby, or Perl. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver or Playwright. • Understanding of application performance, system testing, and enterprise development practices.
