We're working with a leading technology consulting firm that specialises in supporting secure mission environments for government agencies. This organisation plays a critical role in sustaining, modernising, and enhancing enterprise business applications that underpin vital operations. The Role • Support the sustainment, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise business applications in a secure mission environment. • Maintain and improve a production collaboration and workflow application supporting critical business processes and information exchange. • Develop, test, and implement application enhancements, bug fixes, and usability improvements for React-based user interfaces. • Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational stability. • Translate user feedback and business requirements into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions. • Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs, applying modern development practices. What You'll Need • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory. • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least six years of software development experience, or ten years of experience without a degree. • Strong experience with JavaScript or CSS frameworks, particularly React, and the ability to pivot between frameworks. • Working understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. • Ability to work core hours of 10:00 AM-2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, primarily on-site in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. • Experience working in Agile development environments and with tools like GitLab is a plus.
