Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP programs integrating SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end program management for integrated SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA implementations. • Develop and manage program plans, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and vendors. • Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals. • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams. • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and governance boards. Mandatory Requirements • Program management experience on large SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA programs. • Must have delivered at least one integrated program where both SuccessFactors and S/4HANA were in scope under the same program. • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
