Regional Managing Director – Project Development Services (West Region) based San Francisco Your new company Are you a strategic construction leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering complex projects? This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing construction-focused team, work with top-tier clients across high-impact sectors and leave your mark on the built environment. Your new role As the Regional Managing Director, you will: • Build & Lead: Grow a high-performing construction delivery team. You’ll oversee 12 direct reports and manage a $30M P&L, targeting $50M in growth • Deliver Projects: Oversee ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and capital projects across key sectors to include Professional Services, Life Science, Healthcare & Advanced Technology • Hire & Develop Talent: Attract and coach top construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. • Partner for Growth: Work alongside a dedicated Business Development peer, while your team drives local engagement and client delivery across the region. What you'll need to succeed • Exceptional Leadership & Coaching Skills: You’re a hands-on leader who knows how to mentor, empower, and elevate project delivery teams. You foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across diverse geographies. • Construction Delivery Expertise: You bring deep experience in managing complex construction projects — from consulting and interiors to CAPEX and ground-up builds — and can guide teams through every phase with confidence • Team Builder & Talent Developer: You’ve successfully scaled teams and built high-performing delivery organizations. You know how to identify strengths, structure roles for growth, and align talent with strategic goals • Collaborative Mindset: You work closely with business development peers to support client pursuits and project wins, while focusing your energy on operational excellence and team performance. • Growth-Oriented Leadership: You’re energized by building something new and driving results. You understand how to manage a P&L and contribute to regional growth targets. • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s and certifications preferred). What you'll get in return This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with a global Real Estate Services firm — one that combines strategic influence, operational leadership, and the chance to shape the future of construction delivery across the Western U.S. You’ll lead transformative projects for innovative clients, build and scale a top-tier team, and be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking culture that values excellence and growth. Compensation Range: $265,000 – $285,000 + competitive bonus program Benefits Include: • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • Retirement savings plans with company match • Life and disability insurance • Paid and unpaid time off • Flexible spending and health savings accounts • Additional perks based on location, role, and business line This role offers not just a competitive package — but a platform to make a lasting impact in one of the most dynamic regions in the country.
