Your new company A leading heavy civil contractor specializing in Power Delivery projects across Texas and the Gulf Coast. Known for delivering complex infrastructure safely, on time, and within budget, this organization partners with major utilities and municipalities to build the backbone of regional power systems. Your new role As Regional Manager – Power Delivery, you will oversee multiple construction projects across your assigned region. Reporting directly to the Vice President and working closely with the VP of Operations, you’ll provide strategic leadership to project managers, engineers, and support teams. Your responsibilities include: • Driving project execution to meet safety, schedule, and financial targets. • Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. • Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborating on bids and proposals with estimators and BD teams. • Managing regional financial performance and profitability. • Championing safety compliance and talent development initiatives. This role offers a clear growth path toward a Vice President position for high performers. What you'll need to succeed • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. • Experience: 10+ years in heavy civil construction with proven leadership in large-scale projects. • Technical expertise: Excavation, grading, paving, clearing, underground utilities. • Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement. • Safety focus: Deep knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally for project oversight and client meetings.
