Your new role As a Data Centers Project Manager, you will lead the execution of mission critical infrastructure projects with a strong emphasis on MEP systems. You will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating technical disciplines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires close collaboration with onsite project managers, supervisors, and foremen, and plays a critical role in driving project outcomes and supporting team development. Key responsibilities include: • Managing data center projects from concept through completion, with a focus on MEP systems • Coordinating electrical, mechanical, and HVAC infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, UPS, cooling systems, and supporting components • Developing conceptual designs, project scopes, schedules, and budgetary pricing • Tracking project progress, risks, and financial performance • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and leadership • Supporting collaboration, accountability, and growth across project teams What you'll need to succeed • 5–7 years of experience in MEP design and project management • A background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Strong expertise in data center infrastructure, including: • Electrical systems (switchgear, generators, UPS, power distribution), Cooling and HVAC systems • Mechanical systems and network related hardware • Proven ability to create conceptual designs and budgetary cost estimates • Experience managing complex, fast paced, mission critical projects • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with onsite construction teams What you'll get in return • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits • The opportunity to contribute to large scale, high impact projects • Career growth and professional development opportunities What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
