Design onboard computing and electrical systems for autonomous aerial platforms integrating GPU-based edge compute and power distribution.
Bachelor's degree in engineering with experience in embedded systems for aerospace or robotics and embedded Linux environments.
About Us: Collaborative autonomy is how self-tasking teams of machines will solve hard human problems, and HavocAI is an unquestioned leader in collaborative autonomy. We set the standard for autonomous surface vessels for a wide range of defense and commercial maritime missions. Success requires us to grow quickly, and we’re looking for teammates who are passionate about solving hard problems, about pushing the envelope, and about preventing conflict and saving lives. Ambition is welcome to apply within. About the Role HavocAI is seeking an Embedded + Edge Compute / Power Engineer to design the onboard computing and electrical systems that power our autonomous aerial platforms. In this role, you will architect the compute, power, and sensor infrastructure that enables HavocOS to run reliably in airborne environments. You will work across embedded systems, AI edge compute platforms, battery and power distribution systems, and avionics integration. This position requires strong systems thinking and the ability to balance performance, thermal constraints, power efficiency, and reliability in flight-ready hardware. If you enjoy designing systems that bring advanced autonomy to life on real aircraft, this role offers the opportunity to shape the core infrastructure behind next-generation autonomous platforms.
