Job Description Havertys St. Louis is excited to announce we are opening a brand-new store in the Fenton area in late March 2026, just 22 miles from our existing store in Chesterfield! We’re looking for a bright, energetic Office Assistant to join our Havertys Team. Training will begin at our existing Chesterfield location on 3/2/26 before the new store is open. Our current open St. Louis location is located at 320 THF Boulevard in Chesterfield, MO. Our store opening in March 2026 is located at 691 Gravois Bluffs Blvd in Fenton, MO. Office Team Members process customer sales, process payment transactions, answer phones, and schedule deliveries. Pay: Starting pay $16.50 Schedule: Our stores are open 10 am-7 pm Monday – Saturday and 12 pm-6 pm Sunday. Job Requirements Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferably in retail) • 1-3 years of cash handling experience (e.g., banking, customer service, data entry, office administration, medical records) or equivalent combination of education and experience. • General computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and O365 preferred • Strong math, communication, and customer service skills • Highly organized with the ability to multitask. • Able to follow oral and written instructions and work independently with discretion.
