Responsibilities: • Manage and post content for two social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok). • Schedule posts using social media management tools. • Monitor accounts daily, engage with followers, and respond to comments. • Respond to direct messages (DMs) in a timely and professional manner. • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and prepare monthly reports. • Suggest and implement strategies to increase engagement and visibility. Requirements: • Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok for brands. • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends. • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Knowledge of basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is an advantage. • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Reliable internet connection and ability to commit to agreed working hours. Hours & Compensation: • Part-time, flexible schedule with daily check-ins. • Remote position – candidates worldwide are welcome. • Competitive hourly/project rate based on experience.
