Drive High‑Impact Sponsorship Partnerships Across the Trade Show & Association Industry Vice President, Trade Show Association Sponsorships – Full-Time $80k base, OTE $150k - $200k The Vice President of Trade Show Association Sponsorships leads the strategy and execution behind building high‑value partnerships with trade associations and event organizers. This executive role is responsible for expanding sponsorship offerings, generating new non‑dues revenue streams, and elevating exhibitor visibility through innovative out‑of‑home (OOH) media solutions. What You’ll Lead Strategic Partnership Development • Identify, cultivate, and secure new sponsorship partnerships with associations and event organizers. • Negotiate and finalize exclusive OOH sponsorship agreements that drive long‑term value. Revenue Expansion • Develop initiatives that increase non‑dues revenue for event organizers. • Enhance exhibitor exposure through customized OOH sponsorship programs. Industry & Market Expertise • Apply deep knowledge of advertising, media, and event marketing to shape effective sponsorship strategies. • Stay ahead of OOH and event‑marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge. Operational Leadership • Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of sponsorship programs. • Use CRM platforms and productivity tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage relationships and track performance. Industry Presence & Representation • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the association and event ecosystem. What You Bring • Established relationships with trade associations and event organizers. • Strong background in advertising, media, and event marketing. • Direct experience in out‑of‑home (OOH) media. • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
