About Us We’re a fast-growing startup transforming the medical coding and health system space. Our product helps providers streamline coding, improve compliance, and unlock measurable operational efficiencies. Validate coding and clinical outputs to match customer workflows, compliance needs, and ROI expectations. Identify and escalate risks early, communicating clearly and driving mitigation plans. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery. Support customer change management: training, workflow adoption, and operational readiness. Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-value, adoption, and satisfaction to measure success.
