Residential Project Manager We’re seeking a driven, solutions-focused Residential Project Manager to lead custom home builds from permit through final walk-through. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring an exceptional experience while keeping projects on time, on budget, and built to the highest standards. What You’ll Do: • Manage the full construction lifecycle, coordinating trades, vendors, and internal teams. • Oversee schedules, budgets, quality checks, site safety, inspections, and documentation. • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and builder standards. • Lead homeowner meetings, handle design changes, and resolve on-site challenges quickly. • Review invoices, change orders, and cost variances to ensure financial accuracy. • Drive project milestones to successful completion and seamless handoff to the warranty team. • Provide feedback to design and estimating teams to support ongoing process improvement. What You Bring: • 5+ years in residential construction management, with deep knowledge of custom home building. • Strong communication, leadership, and client service skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision and urgency. • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office. • Solid understanding of budgets, estimating, and cost control. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
