About the Role We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp Enterprise Account Executive to own our most strategic accounts and close deals that move the needle.. You’ll join a tight knit GTM team scaling fast, and play a hands-on role in shaping how the best brands modernize customer engagement with Hatch’s AI agents. This role will report directly to Colby Morgan, Hatch’s VP Sales. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to close across inbound and outbound opportunities Partner with GTM teammates (SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership) to execute on a tight, high-quality pipeline strategy Consistently hit and exceed quota, building a repeatable playbook for overachievement. Travel strategically for key deals, on-sites and major industry events. Work in person with sales leadership approx 50-70% of the time. What We’re Looking For 4-6+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS (AI or MarTech preferred) A proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals.
