The CSR Supervisor/Dispatcher works closely with managers and employees to create an excellent customer experience, build strong working relationships, and help grow the company. Please note that this is not a remote position. Responsibilities · Communicate with customers, collaborate with field techs and office staff, and dispatch Techs to customers · Maintain and oversee the Tech job schedule so it is always up to date; track and follow-up on continued calls · Document customer communications · Recommend updates to the SOP to improve procedures and processes · Escalate customer incidents to direct supervisor/manager · Oversee maintenance and scheduling of client membership programs · Train to the existing standards, scripts, templates, policy, and cross-train to dispatch · Keep confidentiality in customer communications, internal communications, and employee documentation · Cultivate and maintain healthy working relationships with all employees · Assist in customer communications, ensuring they meet or exceed standards in tone, punctuation, message, and branding Work Location: El Cerrito, CA Job Type: Full-time, In Office Salary: Up to $23-30/hour DOE, Non-Exempt WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
