We are looking for a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program. This role sits at the intersection of AI technology and large-scale engineering, helping a major OEM identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization. Engagement details: • Location: Auburn Hills, USA • Working model: Hybrid • Start date: ASAP Responsibilities: • Research problems and opportunities across the product development organization where AI could add value • Receive, document, and prioritize requests for AI-based solutions across a portfolio of domains • Capture prioritized projects into structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including problem statements, success metrics, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements • Lead a cross-functional team consisting of a Solution Architect and a Project Manager • Start up projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and contributing teams • Manage and be accountable for a portfolio of AI projects spanning multiple related domains • Act as primary representative of the portfolio to the Program Director, communicating progress and escalating issues • Contribute to team strategy, planning, and process improvement Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a product management or similar role • Proven track record of successfully leading projects end-to-end • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt style to diverse audiences • Ability to translate vague requirements into measurable success metrics • Ability to understand complex technical systems at a high level • Functional understanding of AI/ML and software engineering concepts • Bonus: hands-on experience with ML, AI, or data-driven solutions • Bonus: degree in engineering, science, or business administration • Bonus: experience working with and influencing global cross-functional teams Next steps: • Press "Apply" • We will review your application • If qualified, you will be accepted into the network and can be considered for this and similar positions & projects
