THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative that has a passion for excellence, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can operate both independently and as part of a team. The primary responsibility for a Customer Service Representative is to ensure a frictionless experience by promptly and accurately processing a high-volume of incoming orders, phone calls, and other inquiries. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: • Manage various incoming requests, such as purchase orders, stock inquiries, returns, and others. • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment. • Recognize potential sales opportunities and provide relevant information to appropriate parties. • Navigating multiple software applications in tandem, such as MS Office, Salesforce, ERP systems, and website. • Potential to participate in additional interdepartmental projects/initiatives.
