Bilingual Optometric Technician/Receptionist (Spanish/English) Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Do you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a friendly, fast-paced healthcare team? Harvey & Lewis Opticians is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Optometric Technician/Receptionist to join our office. You’ll work alongside multiple doctors and teammates who love what they do, all while making a difference in the lives of our patients. What You’ll Do: • Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out • Assist doctors with pre-testing, patient flow, and clinical support • Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure they feel comfortable and cared for • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records • Keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly What We’re Looking For: • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) • Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented • Ability to work in a busy environment with multiple doctors and patients • Previous healthcare, receptionist, or optical experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person Why Join Us: • Monday through Friday schedule—no weekends! • Supportive, team-focused environment • Opportunity to learn and grow in the optical field • Be part of a long-standing, family-owned practice with over 135 years of history serving the community If you’re looking for a career where you can help people see their best every day while working in a positive, professional setting, we’d love to meet you!
