Job Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Deal Desk Analyst to support our business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline deal execution, maintain pricing consistency, and ensure operational rigor across the sales cycle. You’ll help craft pricing proposals, triage approvals, and maintain clean Salesforce data. In this role you get to: Deal Support & Pricing · Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to build customized SaaS pricing proposals and generate order forms aligned with product packaging and discounting guidelines. · Provide real-time deal support during quoting, negotiation, and contract stages. · Guide sales reps on commercial terms, pricing policies, and approval thresholds. · Collect data to support pricing strategy and updates. Approval Triage & Governance · Act as the first point of triage for deal desk approvals — reviewing requests for accuracy, policy compliance, and completeness before routing to Legal, Finance, or Executives. · Track the status of complex deals through approval workflows to ensure timely closure. Pricing Tools & Quoting Infrastructure · Maintain and continuously improve internal quoting tools, templates, and pricing calculators. · Partner with Product Ops, Finance, and RevOps to implement new pricing models or product changes. Salesforce Opportunity Hygiene · Ensure accurate and consistent deal data in Salesforce, including opportunity stages, contract and ARR values, close and contract dates, and product configurations. · Review opportunity records post close to uphold data quality and forecasting accuracy. Cross-functional Collaboration · Serve as a connector between Sales, Legal, and Finance— ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deal structure and terms. · Funnel legal requests efficiently and provide full context to streamline redlines and negotiations. We’re looking for people who have: · 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role within a SaaS or subscription-based company. · Based remote in Georgia, Florida, New York, Florida · Solid understanding of SaaS pricing models, annual recurring revenue (ARR), and subscription metrics. · Experience with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with CPQ, CLM, or quoting tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad, PandaDoc) is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. · Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. · Comfortable working in a high-velocity, deal-driven environment.
