Job Overview: Our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are “value advocates” who focus on both the successful launch of new client engagements, as well as the coordination of activities and resources that ensure the long-term strategic success of our clients. The right candidate has demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment and proven success managing a complex technology-centric customer engagement. In this role you get to: Own a large portfolio of mid-market and small commercial accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the primary post-sales contact, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Harver solutions. Manage high-volume customer relationships efficiently, balancing proactive engagement with responsive support. Provide product, service, and solution expertise to help clients maximize value. Renew and expand customer contracts while identifying growth opportunities within existing assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple levels of the organization. Initiate and facilitate regular client touchpoints to drive engagement and adoption. Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for larger customers within territory, highlighting value through reporting and recommendations.
