Are you an extrovert who is self driven and loves connecting with people? This is 1099 remote position with a base salary of $35,000 plus performace based commisions. We are seeking for a results-oriented Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. Build relationships with Hospital and Nursing Home (SNF) hiring managers. As a Full-Desk Recruiter, you’ll drive business growth by acquiring new clients while sourcing, screening, and placing local and travel nurses. You must be a daily user of technology, phone calls and digital platforms, with the ability to manage clients, candidates and build relationships quickly. You must have a home office set up, a desk and ergonomic chair, a computer, great internet, and lighting. You should have printer, filing system, storage solutions and noise-canceling headphones for comfort for productivity. Duties • We provide orientation and the tools you need to succeed, but this role requires you to be self-reliant, resourceful, and resilient. Success comes from turning “no” into opportunity, staying calm under pressure, and closing with confidence. • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various healthacre positions, including technical, executive, and campus recruitment. • Utilize various sourcing methods such as HR sourcing, social media management, and cold calling to identify potential needs and candidates. • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates. • Manage relationships with staffing, hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent management. • Maintain accurate daily reports and records of interactions. • Collaborate with Staffer on employee orientation processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. • Support succession planning efforts by identifying, potential candidates within the organization. Qualifications • Experience and ability to grow buissnes. • Professionals with experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted living, scheduling, memory care or care coordination. Your background in managing shifts, sourcing clinicians, or coordinating patient care gives you a unique edge in understanding the urgency of healthcare staffing. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. • Familiarity with web based systems. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with Hospital, SNF staffing managers, candidates and internal stakeholders. • Experience with relationship management and employee evaluation processes. • Knowledge of sales principles and lead generation. • Ability to conduct research • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Experience • History of working in sales, cold calling, or high-rejection environments (e.g., staffing agencies, business development, fundraising, or door-to-door sales). • Track record of overcoming repeated objections and still closing deals. • Has experienced markets where “no” is common, yet developed strategies to keep building pipeline and finding “yes.” • A successful full-desk recruiter doesn’t just tolerate rejection, they use it as fuel.
