We are seeking a talented Janitorial Account Manager (Commercial Cleaning) to join our team in Andover, MA. Job Summary: The primary focus will be on servicing the existing business operationally and financially while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new businesses where possible. Why You’ll Love Joining Harvard’s Team: • We are an industry leader offering stability and growth opportunities. • FT Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Disability insurance, 401k, Health Spending Account, paid time off, and holidays. • Recognition and Professional Development Programs. • An Equal Opportunity Employer --- M/F/D/V Responsibilities: • Interface with client management and contractors' staff to coordinate and execute cleaning and other projejects • Monitor to ensure cleaning quality control expectations are met • Manage the work order system • Manage expenditures such as labor and supplies within the budget • Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance • Review employee performance and be able to execute corrective action plans • Complete all quality control programs following company guidelines • Other projects as assigned Requirements: • Minimum (2) years’ experience in corporate office janitorial operations and manufacturing critical environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with new construction, space reuse, and constantly changing space needs. • Experience with creating and managing complex budgets. • Ability to self-manage daily activities • Must be flexible with work hours and schedule. • Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery • Proficient in Microsoft Office Physical Demands and Work Environment • Hold professional conversations with clients, subordinates, and colleagues • Operate all basic office technology • Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels • Work in close proximity to others • Work outdoors in all changing weather conditions in a geographical area • Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling
